WELCOME to the Southwest Renewable Energy Institute. The Institute was formed to provide education and research on policy and technical issues to promote and foster a cleaner and more energy efficient future.

The Institute is an outgrowth of the successful Southwest Renewable Energy Conference and the realization that continuing education is needed to understand and meet our energy challenges in the West. The Institute, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, will work to develop partnerships, projects and programs that advance clean energy and energy efficiency technologies and policies.
